- Entry Door. Door must be a white, 6 panel, fiberglass or metal door. Require permits.
- Screen Door/Storm Door. The door must be white aluminum or vinyl. (One of the 3 approved designs only). The door cannot be installed to the outer edge of the door space of the common element, it must be recessed.
- Sliding Glass Door. City permit allows regular wind-load glass if impact rated (by FBC Code) hurricane shutters are already installed, otherwise hurricane impact glass is required. Require permits.
